Over several years the number of young people moving from the north of Norway has steadily increased. There was little to no insights in to not only why this happens, but also a complete lack of insight in to what young people in the north think about life, culture, dreams, future, past and their own place in society.

NODA engaged Designit to gain these insights to add a new perspective that is sorely missed in political decision making. These news insights had to lead to action, and inspire both private and government organisations to act on the needs of their most valued citizens.

My role was to visually communicate these insights as part of Designits delivery that was presented by my colleagues Eirik Murvold and Alfred Holmen at the 'Agenda Nord-Norge' conference with the Norwegian Prime minister in the audience.
